Basically known as the Annapurna circuit trek, is voted as one of the best long route trek in the world. The large variety of variation can be experienced in the trail including the weather, landscapes, altitude and the culture. The trail has the various interesting and magical factors to be one of the most talked about and famous trail.
Numerous peaks can be sighted from the trail like Dhaulagiri, Machapuchhre, Manaslu, Tilicho peak, gangapurna and Annapurna massif (1-4). The circuit is starts from counter clockwise which passes from the lower range to the higher range crossing Thorong la pass(5416 mt.), the highest altitude of the trail. The trail even reaches the Tibetan plateau and has the two river valley in the way, marsyangdi river valley and kali Gandaki gorge. Mustang, which lies in the way of trail is developing as the most desirable destinations of the mountain biking in the world. During the trail you can feel the true feeling of the villages and the culture of the local community which is the most amazing part of the trail.
The trail length covers the distance of the 160 km- 230 km depending upon the use of the transportation. The terrace farming, gigantic riffs, paddy fields, rainfalls and the sub-tropical forests in the trail will certainly amuse and make you feel that it is surely one of the best trail in the world and the memories of the trail worth certainly to cherish forever

Day 02: Kathmandu valley sightseeing & trek preparation
After having breakfast, we will take you to some of the famous heritage sights in Kathmandu valley. We will take you to Kathmandu Durbar Square, Lalitpur Durbar Square, Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Pashupatinath, Swoyambhu and many more. These sites are all listed in the UNESCO world heritage sites. While you are doing all these, you will also be preparing for the trekking that starts from tomorrow.
Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar
Today, our drive to Besisahar starts early morning after having breakfast. The driving is a long one, as it takes nearly 7 hours to reach Besisahar from Kathmandu. The distance between those two points are nearly 185m. After we reach Besisahar, a very beautiful view of the snow capped mountains is waiting for us. Overnight stay in Besisahar.
Day 04: Trek from Besisahar to Bahundanda (1310m)
Today, our trekking starts from Besisahar and it is the first thing that we are going to do in the morning. After having breakfast, we are going to be ready for a journey of about 5 hours. Our trial first comes up across Khudi which we will go past only to cross many other Gurung villages. On the trial, we will be able to have magnificent views of the Himalchuli Mountain and Peak 29. After that we will be able to reach Bahundanda once we cross Bulbule, Nagdi and Lampata. Overnight stay in Bahundanda.
Day 05: Trek from Bahundanda to Chamje (1430m)
Today we will at first descend along the route to reach Syange. After that we will see a very magnificent view of a large waterfall. After that we will cross the Marshyangdi River through a suspension bridge. After that we will go through Jagat village and then reach Chamje. But before that, we will have to fo through a forest of Chamje. Overnight stay in Chamje.
Day 06: Trek from Chamje to Dharapani(1860m)
Today, we have the task of walking of nearly 6 hours and it’s good to notice that it is our first day of trekking and because of this, we will have more energy to walk. Until we reach river, we will have to descend. After that we go through a forest only to cross a suspension bridge. On the way we can have majestic miews of the Annapurna mountains. Then we go through Sattle, Tal and Karte. On the way we go through waterfalls, cliffs and forests to cross a suspension bridge that leads us to Dharapani.
Day 07: Trek from Dharapani to Chame (2670m)
Today, we make our journey to Koto. Before going through Bagarchhap, we visit a white washed monastery in that place. Then we trek up to Danake, and travel through a steep route to reach Timang. Mt. Manaslu stands tall far from us and we can get a delightful view of the mountain. Then after going through two water springs, we will be able to reach Chame.
Day 08: Trek from Chame to Pisang (3200m)
Today, we travel through the deep forest in a valley and then we cross two bridges to get a magnificent view of Paungda Danda. After that we will find ourselves in the U-shaped valley of Manang. From there, we will be able to have a magnificent view of the mountains all around. After walking through the trial that gives us a very beautiful view all around, we will reach Pisang. Overnight stay in Pisang.
Day 09: Trek from Pisang to Manang (3540m)
Today we trek in the upper part of the Manang district, which is relatively drier than the previous paths we have trekked on. This region is fully cut off from the monsoon range as the Annapurna range shows its’ full effect on the region. Today we have alternative trials, one which goes north, and the other goes south but it soon meets at Mungji. For the better view of the mountains such as Annapurna, Pisang peak, and many more, we will go through the upper part of the route. Today, we will also visit the Barge monastery, the largest of the entire district, will be quite rewarding. We stay overnight in a hotel.
Day 10: Rest at Manang acclimatization day
Today, we will have a rest day in Manang which will reenergize our body and help us in acclimatization too. We have option to visit either Bhojo Gompa or Gangapurna Lake and it is also not a very good idea to stay idle. So, going out to visit those places will surely help us in the acclimatization process. And we can also do a little excursion to visit the Vraga village to learn more about the local culture and everything. Also as we gain height, we will be able to magnificent views all around. Overnight at Manang.
Day 11: Trek from Manage to Yak Kharka (4018m)
Today, we have to leave Manang to reach Yak Kharka. The whole trek is going to take us nearly 5 hours, which is a very normal walking time. We pass through Tenki Manang and Marshyangdi valley, enjoying the beautiful sceneries all around. Depending on the time we visit, the place will be either green or brown. After that we trek for some time along the Jarsang khola, and then ultimately reach Yak Kharka. It is also worth remembering that we make ascent of nearly 500m today. Overnight in a tented camp.
Day 12: Trek from Yak Kharka to Throng Phedi (4450m)
Yak Kharka is a huge grazing field for the local animals and it is very important for the locals too. Today, we will have to leave Yak Kharka behind so as to reach Throng Phedi. After ascending for nearly two hours, our trekking route again asks us to ascend. A gradual ascend takes us to Throng Phedi. As new lodges have just been built, we can enjoy ourselves here. Overnight stay in Throng Phedi.
Day 13: Trek from Throng Phedi to Muktinath (3760)
Today we will be heading to Muktinath. Firstly, we will have to ascend through the way of chortens and mani prayers. After about 4 hours, we will reach the famous Thorong La pass at (5416m/17764ft). Crossing the Pass will be a lifetime experience and once we reach the Pass, we will be pleased with the view that we will be getting. However, today we will be needing an early start because if we are late, the wind might be a troubling factor for us. After the pass, another 4 hours of descending will take us to ourdestination for the day. The destination is Muktinath, which is an important pilgrimage for both the Hindus and Buddhists. Muktinath actually is a symbol of religious harmony in Nepal. Overnight stay in Muktinath.
Day 14: Trek from Muktinath to Marpha (2670m)
After paying visit to both the Vishnu temple and a Gompa nearby and the Muktinath temple itself, we will somehow satisfied with ourselves to have visited the sacred Temple. This Temple also holds a very much important place in the religious texts too. Today, we will be heading to Marpha and we do that by descending all the way tour destination for the day. We descend from Ranipauwa village to reach Kagbeni and Jomsom but our stop for the day Marpha village which we will reach within a time of 5 hours of starting of the trek. As there are many apple farms, apple brandy is also available.
Day 15: Trek from Marpha to Ghasa (2010m)
We descend through the Kaligandaki River and walk along the bank of the River. On the way, we will be able to have different views of magnificent sceneries. We reach Tukuche after about an hour’s walk and from there we can have a magnificent view of Mt. Nilgiri. The place itself is on beneath Mt. Tukuche. After that we cross many thakali villages and narrow passages. Overnight stay in Ghasa.
Day 16: Trek from Ghsas to Tatopani (1190m)
Today, we are going to trek from Ghasa to Tatopani, the hot water spring. After that we will travel through the forest and vegetation. We go past Rupse Chahara, which is a very popular waterfall of the place. After going past many villages, we reach Tatopani. After we reach Tatopani, we will have a very nice bath. Legend says that bathing in Tatopani will wash away our sins.
Day 17: Trek from Tatopani to Ghorepani(2850m)
Today we will have to trek for nearly 7 hours and it’s going to be a very long day. We will pass Gurung and Magar villages on the way and as the trial is descending, we can reach the destination for today in a shorter time if we want to. And from here, we will have to be ready for Poon hill trekking also. This palce also gives a wonderful view of the mountains too. Overnight stay in Ghorepani
Day 18: Hiking to Poon Hill (3210m) and trek to Tikhedhunga (1480m)
We will have an early morning hike and then trek to the Poonhill as it gives us a mind-blowing and peaceful view of the sunrise. As the sun’s first rays hit the snow capped peaks of Mt. Dhaulagiri (8167m), the sight is something that everyone must behold upon. Tukuche Peak (6920m.), Nilgiri (6940m.), Varaha Shikhar (7847m.), Mt. Annapurna I (8091m.), Annapurna South (7219m.), Annapurna III (7855m.), Machhapuchhare (6993m.), Annapurna IV (7525m.), Annapurna II (7937m.), Lamjung Himal (6931m.) accompany the tallest mountain of the region and together they give a very beautiful scene. Now, we hike downwards to Ghorepani, and then trek to reach Tadapan. The route goes through a colorful forest so, the trekking is very much interesting.
Day 19: Trek from Tikhedhunga to Nayapul 1070m then drive to Pokhara
Today we will reach to Nayapul after we drive from Pokhara. The driving will take place for nearly 1 hour. The drive will be very much scenic and anyone is going to enjoy the drive. After we reach Nayapul, we will have to trek for through forests to reach the destination for the day.i.e.Tikhedhunga. The trekking will be for nearly 3,4 hours. Once we reach the destination, we will be able to interact with locals and then we will spend the rest of the night.
Day 20: Drive / flight back to Kathmandu, evening farewell dinner
Today, we have breakfast early in the morning and after that we will drive for nearly 6 hours to reach Kathmandu. However, the drive is very much scenic and anyone is supposed to enjoy this trip. But if you are trying to get to Kathmandu in short time, you might want to take the Pokhara to Kathmandu flight which is only about 25 minutes. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 21: Departure from Kathmandu
Today, we leave from Kathmandu to our home countries. Our representative from the company will take you to the Tribhuwan International Airport from where you will leave for your home country. If you ever wish to visit Nepal again in the future, we are always there to help you.
