Nar Phu valley trek is relatively new trekking site found in the Annapuna region. Many people also prefer to cal it lost valleys of Nar and Phu. This is a trek that combines high peaks and passes, glaciers, remote villages, narrow canyons, lovely forests, amazing rock formations, yaks, gompas and unique Himalayan cultures. The entrance of the valley is narrow and forested, however, as we move ahead, the valley widens up to give us the most beautiful scenes. Ancient villages, grazing animals on the grasslands and snow capped mountains are some of them. As we go further, we get to know the people, their lifestyle and many more.
There are roughly 300 inhabitants in the Nar Phu village. The villages have unique culture and they are unspoilt because of its remoteness and isolation. it will give so much enjoyment and adventure as well as typical local lifestyle and their cultures in this trek. Hidden by swirls of mountain mist ahead of us, from Kangla pass at 5200m the magnificent panorama view of Annapurna massif appears remote and forbidding.
